Our spacious home can accommodate up to 45 people. We have specialised in catering for groups talking part in workshops like music, orchestra ,yoga, dancing ect. We also welcome young people and our apartments are ideal for families. Olive groves,vineyards,and field of wheat and sunflowers surround our house, which is situatet near Lake Trasimeno in the unspoilt s have in use a drawing room (120msq), which has a parchet floor and large arched windows , stereo with a piano, Stereo Dvd de there are ample grounds and ancient stone steps lead down to the large swimming pool( 19x9 m) Our very old chapel has excellent acoustics. Our cuisine is well known for its use of natural and healthy ingredients. The proprietor, Dr Maria Teresa Baldoni is passionate and knowledgeable about the local cuisine and we also cater for vegetarians and those with special dietary requirements. We offer the choise of bed and breakfast, half or full price for one night for person with fullboard is about 70 Euro. Have a look at our webside to see the other solutions.
